Join us for this kick ass class, where you will get a great workout and have fun doing so. Our weekend class usually draws moms with no babies or strollers, but you are welcome to bring your baby in a stroller if that works best for you.
There is a cardio element to every class, but focus is on strengthening and toning exercises. I draw from a variety of exercise mediums including kickboxing, pilates, yoga and more.
Start your weekend off right with this class -- and then go on to enjoy the rest of the day knowing you accomplished something awesome for yourself!
This class usually meets on Saturdays' occassionally, it meets Sundays. We mix it up.
Meet at Grand Army entrance to the Park at 7:55 AM.
